Platform
Your whole support desk, in one place
From the first chat message to the resolved ticket - an inbox, SLAs, macros, a knowledge base, a customer portal and analytics, all sharing the same data.

Inbox & SLAs
One queue your whole team can work from
Assign, tag and prioritise every request. Saved views keep each agent on their own work, macros turn a common reply into one click, and SLA timers show what is on track, at risk or breached before a customer has to chase.
- β Priorities, tags and statuses
- β Saved views per agent
- β First-response & resolution SLAs
- β Macros for common replies
Analytics
See where your support time goes
Tickets created against resolved, response and resolution times, and the breakdown by priority, category and agent - over the last week, month or quarter.
Customer portal
Customers check in without writing in
A customer confirms their email with a one-time code and sees every ticket they have raised, with its status and replies - no password to remember, and fewer "any update?" messages for your team.
AI chatbot
One bot, set up the way your business works
Add one line to your website and a chat widget in your colours starts helping visitors. Choose what it does: answer from your knowledge base, raise support tickets, take sales enquiries, or let customers check a ticket's status - any mix of the four.

π‘ Security
Built so one team never sees another's data
Every record belongs to one organization, and every query is scoped to it by design - with a guard that refuses any query that forgets. Sessions are short-lived and rotate, and the public-facing parts are rate limited.
- Org-scoped queries
- Rotating sessions
- One-time email codes
- Rate limiting
- HTTPS everywhere
-
π’
Tenant isolation
Each organization's tickets, customers and settings are walled off.
-
π
Passwordless customers
Customers prove their email with a code; no passwords to leak.
-

Checked uploads
Files are verified by their contents, not just their name.

Your sites only
The chat widget refuses to load on sites you have not allowed.
Questions, answered
Does the bot make up answers? +
No. It only answers from the knowledge-base articles you publish, and it has to quote the sentence it relied on. When your articles don't cover a question, it says so and offers a ticket or an enquiry instead.
Can I use it only for sales enquiries? +
Yes. In Settings β Chatbot, choose "Enquiry only". The bot takes down name, email or phone, and company, and anything else gets a polite reply in your own words - for example, where to go for support.
How do I add the chat widget to my website? +
Copy the one-line snippet from Settings β Chat widget and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site, then list that site under Allowed sites.
Can customers see their tickets? +
Yes - through the customer portal, or by asking the chat widget. Either way they confirm their email with a one-time code first.
Who gets told about a new enquiry? +
Only the email address you set as your enquiry alert address. Every enquiry is also listed on the Enquiries page, where your team can mark it contacted or closed and keep notes.
